Traditional electroplating of brass, nickel, and gold finishes require a clear coat that degrade with time and can easily tarnish or corrode. Can you shower with your pvd.

Yes, you can shower or swim with our pieces but we highly suggest rinsing your piece in clean fresh water and drying it with a jewelery cleaning cloth or soft towel to remove any chlorine, salt or hard water deposits to prevent build up.

How do you maintain PVD coating?

PVD maintenance care for your PVD piece is as simple as fresh water with mild soap and drying with a soft cloth.  Avoid scouring pads, rough clothes and any products designed to remove tarnish or rust, and contain hydrochloric, hydrofluoric, and/or phosphoric acid or caustic agents.
