Not enough sleep can lead to signs of premature aging and fatigue which affects your appearance and performance.  It is important that you sleep at least 7 hours a night to maintain a strong immune system and effective cognition. Getting enough sleep will allow your body to repair itself and recover from the day, which in turn helps to improve your general health and appearance — beauty sleep.

There’s no denying that moving your body regularly is important for your mental and physical health. However, making sure to practice emotional wellness habits is just as important for your overall wellness.
